If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with Chicago, Illinois as the seat of arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English by a panel of three arbitrators.
Exceptions: Intellectual property disputes or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the use of the Services.
